Pineapple Pie with Peanuts and Pears

Ingredients:
11” in diameter pie crust (pastry shell)
1 pineapple, peeled and grated
5 pears, peeled and cubed
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of peanuts
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 oz unsalted butter
How to Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200˚-220˚ Fahrenheit and roast the peanuts and then coat the pie pan with the unsalted butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla and mix well. Stir in the peanuts and peanut butter and mix well until there is a smooth consistency and homogenous mass.
Place the pineapple and pears into the pastry shell and spoon the peanuts filling on top and mix well.
Place the pineapple and pears pie into the oven and bake for 50-60 min.
